Paul Fabrications Ltd has an unbroken relationship with the Aerospace, Defence and Nuclear Power Refuelling Industries spanning over 65 years. During this period the Company has been involved with the development of many major aero-engine programmes for both Civil and Military applications. The companies expertise lies in the production of value added complex fabricated and machined assemblies.

Operating from a modern 60,000 sq ft (5,575m² )facility in Castle Donington, Derbyshire, England the Company has built its reputation through successfully applying sound engineering principles to meet the ever changing needs of its customers, whilst taking pride on consistently exceeding customers expectations on both delivery & quality. But it is not resting on its laurels, and is actively looking for additional customers to supplement its already prestige customer base which includes Rolls-Royce, FACC, Meggitt & Pattonair.

With 37 manufacturing processes being undertaken in-house you gain an appreciation of the breadth of engineering capability available. Combined with a highly skilled, flexible and responsive workforce, quality control, timescales and price are guaranteed. Our responsiveness from receipt of initial drawings through to production reflects the highly organised processes driving the business. To support this the company is approved to ISO9001-2000 and AS9100 with five supporting NADCAP accreditations, alongside approvals from a number of major OEM’s.

Paul Fabrications Ltd is a financially strong, £10m turnover company that has continued to grow its sales and customer base despite the recent recession. Over 95% of the business is now tied up in Long Term Contracts with both Nuclear & Aerospace customers. The focus is now to increase the levels of business on new projects with both existing and new customers.
